Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Reschedules

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule any session.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited.

 

No-Shows

Missing a session without prior notice is considered a no-show; no-shows are non-refundable.

After two no-shows, TRALENEX reserves the right to decline future bookings.

 

Refund Policy

Payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable unless TRALENEX cancels the session.

If TRALENEX cancels, you may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule.

 

Payment Policy

Bookings are confirmed only after manual payment is received. We will provide payment instructions upon booking request.
