What is OET?
The Occupational English Test (OET) is the world’s leading English language exam designed specifically for healthcare professionals. It evaluates your ability to communicate in real-world clinical settings by using materials and scenarios that mirror workplace interactions in the medical field.

OET is uniquely tailored for different branches of healthcare. Candidates take the same Listening and Reading sub-tests, but the Writing and Speaking sub-tests are customised to their profession, ensuring real-world relevance.

Test Structure
OET assesses the English language skills that healthcare professionals need in real workplace situations. The test is made up of four sub-tests:

Listening – (~45 minutes) understanding consultations, workplace extracts and presentations
